Eliminate Mission Critical System Failures and Faulty Sensor Data Using Technology Developed and Validated for NASA and DoD
Rocket propulsion and aircraft engine designers and operators are under constant pressure to increase performance and reliability and reduce costs while maintaining extremely high safety standards. A variety of health monitoring software products have been developed to aid in the design, testing and field maintenance of these complex systems. These health monitoring programs suffer from high false alarm rates, complicated set up procedures and can only predict that a failure might occur without determining when the failure will occur.
Under the sponsorship of the Department of Defense and NASA Expert Microsystems has developed a unique software suite that determines not only if a failure will occur but also when the failure will occur.
The software has also been used to validate real time ground and flight test data. This real time data validation capability eliminates test delays caused by faulty sensors thus avoiding costly test delays due to erroneous data. This data validation capability was demonstrated by NASA for Space Shuttle Main Engine flight telemetry data and by the USAF Arnold Engineering Development Center for F 100 turbine engine testing.
This software, sold under the SureSense® brand, is the most advanced and cost effective Prognostic and Health Monitoring (PHM) software available and is now available for military and commercial engine designers and operators.
